The Thermo 70 warm series is a system corresponding to the thermal technical characteristics of warm profile systems. Window and door structures manufactured in this system meet the thermal engineering standards of all climatic zones of Uzbekistan and neighboring countries. The base depth of the systems is 70 mm. The thickness of the installed filling is up to 32 mm, which allows you to install 2-chamber double-glazed windows, which in turn further protects you from the noise of the city bustle.
The assembly of the corner joints is carried out by pressing. The profile is painted by electrostatic spraying of powder dye in any color of the RAL scale, as well as with the application of a structure under a natural tree «Aluwood».
It is possible to laminate the profile
To ensure reliable isolation of the sash-to-frame junctions, three sealing circuits are provided in the system. All seals are made of EPDM composite polymer. The THERMO 7000 warm series is focused on the creation of medium-sized and large-sized designs of windows, doors and stained glass windows.
Sealing rubber of black color is used to seal the double-glazed window, as well as at the interface of the opening parts with the frame or impost. In this series there is a groove for installing acoustic rubber, which in turn allows you to further protect the interior from noise. All types of rubber are installed in the assembly shop with the exception of rubber for the bead. Its installation takes place after glazing during installation.
