Low Bridge aluminium profile

Warm series “Low bridge” — a system that meets the thermal characteristics of warm profile systems.
Window and door constructions made in this system meet the thermal norms of all climatic zones of Uzbekistan.
The basic depth of the system is 64 mm.
The thickness of the installed filling (glass, insulated glazing, chipboard, fiberboard) up to 30 mm.

Assembly of corner joints is made by pressing and twisting. The profile is painted by electrostatic spraying of powder paint in any color of the RAL scale, as well as with the application of natural wood structure “Aluwood”.

To ensure reliable insulation of contacts between the sash and the frame, the system features three layers of gaskets. All seals are made of EPDM composite polymer.

Warm series “Low bridge” is focused on the creation of small and medium size constructions of windows and doors.

This system has a rounded profile shape, which gives it a cozy and relaxed look; it does not burden window or door openings.
Sealing rubber in black is used to seal the insulated glazing and at the junction of the opening parts with the frame or the mullion. In this series, there is a groove for the installation of acoustic rubber, which in turn allows you to further protect the interior of the room from noise. All types of rubber are installed in the assembly workshop, except for the rubber under the glazing bead. It is installed after the glazing during the assembly process.

The pads under the glass (insulated glazing) are fixed with silicone sealant.
