Thermal Bridge aluminium profile

Structures made of aluminum profile are designed to enclose the space of rooms and premises, which in their functional purpose are the living rooms, to protect against climatic influences, noise and dust, improve the thermal insulation of the premises, in addition, there is a constructive possibility of installation of mosquito nets.

The structures are designed to install 4-8 mm thick glass together with AST-104 glazing bead, installation of insulated glazing up to 20 mm thick together with AST-105 glazing bead is allowed. ALSYS “Thermal Bridge” aluminum profile constructions are designed to enclose rooms and spaces, which functionally are living spaces, to protect against climate, noise and dust, to improve the thermal insulation of rooms, and there is a constructive possibility of installing mosquito nets. Profile surfaces are painted using electrostatic spraying — polymer powder coating, and on request can be painted to match the Aluwood system precious wood species.

Sealing rubber in black is used to seal the insulated glazing and at the junction of the opening parts with the frame or mullion. There is a groove in this series to fit an acoustic rubber, which in turn helps to further protect the interior environment from noise. All types of rubber are installed in the assembly workshop, except for the rubber under the glazing bead. It is installed after the glazing during the assembly process. The pads under the glass (insulated glazing) are fixed with silicone sealant.
