Система ASS-050 предназначена для изготовления легких стеновых ограждений подвесного и заполняющего типа, а также для изготовления наклонных светопрозрачных покрытий. Каркасом несущей конструкции являются вертикальные (стойки) и горизонтальные (ригели). Заполнением несущей конструкции является кассетный профиль со светоотражающим стеклом, благодаря которому снаружи витража достигается эффект сплошного остекления без видимых элементов конструкции витража. Расстояние между кассетами составляет всего 15 мм.
В зависимости от конструкции объекта и воздействующих на ограждающую конструкцию нагрузок проектировщик имеет возможность выбрать необходимые несущие элементы. Для этого в серии ASS 050 предусмотрен определенный набор стоек и ригелей. Кроме того, при особо высоких нагрузках все стойки и ригели можно усиливать при помощи вставляемых внутрь камеры стоек. Благодаря кассетной системе установка стеклопакета происходит в условиях сборочного цеха, что позволяет сократить время монтажа на объекте.
В системе ASS-050 есть возможность использования одного вида профиля, как для стоек, так
и для ригеля, что позволяет сократить расходы при раскрое.

The filling of the supporting structure is a cassette profile with reflective glass, thanks to which the outside of the stained glass window achieves the effect of continuous glazing without visible structural elements of the stained glass window. The distance between the cassettes is only 15 mm.
Depending on the design of the object and the loads acting on the building envelope, the designer has the opportunity to select the necessary load-bearing elements. To do this, the ASS 050 series provides a specific set of posts and crossbars. In addition, at particularly high loads, all posts and crossbars can be reinforced using posts inserted inside the chamber. Thanks to the cassette system, the installation of the double-glazed window takes place in the assembly shop, which reduces the installation time at the facility.
In the ASS-050 system, it is possible to use one type of profile, both for racks and and for the crossbar, which allows you to reduce costs when cutting.
