Universal aluminium profile

“Universal” is designed to create entrance groups, window blocks, doors.

Warm series “Universal” – the most technologically advanced assembly of products using modern corner and T-shaped connectors, which allow you to assemble the corner of the structure with dowels or use a corner-crimping machine. During assembling products, minimal processing is required.

For door constructions: holes are punched or drilled to fix the corners and grooves are cut out to fit the lock and cylinder. The shootbolt is a surface-mounted that does not require machining of the profiles for installation.

The use of overlay profiles of the lower door leaf also does not require machining of the leaf posts and completely closes their ends, which eliminates the direct penetration of air into the mullion chambers.

The design of the door allows the use of extruded embedded parts cut to size (without milling) for corner fixing by crimping or dowel fixing. It is also possible to use extruded embedded parts for “dowel fixing” of the imposts.

The window and door series has a base size of 65 mm for the frame and 73 mm for the sash
